Hi, I’m Yari. I live in NYC. I’m a Columbia University Alum, to be more precise I’m a FinTech Girlie (Finance MBA included), I graduated undergrad early within 3 years, then I accelerated my MBA. Back when I was a student (official good girl status) I was the president of the Latin Club, the AVP of Technology for the Applied Analytics Club, and Director of Finance/Treasurer of the Columbia Consulting Association. I didn’t know what free time was, and haven’t watched a full uninterrupted TV show since undergrad.
I have one kitty, my chaotic rescue Fang. I write, surf, watch scary movies, make jokes that would be considered a tiny bit dark, and build drones and Legos with my boyfriend (engineers love to build).
I love blogging how to get more people involved in Finance, Tech, and AI. Access into this sector shouldn’t be confusing, let me make it assessable.

It’ll cover topics of tech, finance, drinks, sandwiches and my friends in NYC. I had a terrible exam. I had a great score but the thought of nearly failing for the first time in my life pushed me into The Yariverse. Let me guide you through this.
Yari + Verse = Yariverse.
It’s Yari (the first 4 letters of my name) and universe (using only the 5 letters). Get it? It’s a universe made entirely of me, because if I was a blog, I’d be as chaotic as the universe. I had a lot of fun with that concept, finally putting that MBA to use.
