I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Health Leader with over two decades of experience working at the intersection of crisis, systems, and human behavior.

I bring a unique lens, translating the psychological impact behind the systems we rely on. Through my work, I break down behavior, thoughts, relationships, resilience, and the often invisible gap between how life appears on the outside and how it actually feels to live it. 

Because the truth is, you can optimize a system..

But you cannot outpace human capacity.

And if you don’t understand the human…
